Soft washing is an alternative to pressure or power washing that does not utilize harmful high pressure.  Soft washing completely cleans surfaces and eliminates the bacteria that are the root source of staining on roofing systems and various other structure surface areas. 

Soft Washing gets rid of the bacteria that trigger discoloring, whereas pressure washing just washes off the surface layer. Additionally, soft washing does not make use of harmful high pressure, unlike pressure washing, and soft washing treatments last much longer than pressure washing treatments.

Generally, a soft washing treatment will last 4 times as long as pressure washing, at the very least, before discoloring reoccurs. In most instances, our treatment lasts much longer than one year.

Microbes such as mold, mildew, algae, lichen, and bacteria are accountable for a lot of discoloration on roof coverings and other surface areas.  Furthermore, results of the metabolic process of these organisms are acidic, and also destructive to surface areas such as roof shingles.  Removing these microbes prevents discoloration and enhances the longevity of roof coverings, fences and decks. 

Soft Washing is even more ecologically friendly compared to pressure or power washing for the following reasons:

We completely insure all our work.  If any type of discoloration or growth of bacteria repeats on your roof, we have softwashed within one year of our treatment, we will provide one complimentary clean.  We also have a Five-Year Spot Free Warranty.  If any type of staining persists within five years of our treatment, we will certainly clean it once more, at a prorated rate.
